Business meetings are held twice a month, the 2nd and 4th Thursday, at 7:30 pm.  The council also hosts a Rosary, before the Membership meeting, at 7:00 PM in the Chapel.  The  Rosary highlights the Illuminous Mysteries sometimes followed by a Benediction.

Our council hosts a large number of council activities throughout the year.

Activities include regular pancake breakfasts on Sunday's after mass, as our largest regular fund raiser.  This breakfast is totally based on freewill offering.  Each breakfast, the proceeds are for a requesting organization.   The breakfast menu is pancakes, french toast, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, coffee, tea, juice and hot chocolate.  

Regularly, the Knights volunteer as cooks and servers at parish dinners and lunches.

The Knights have a trailer (courtesy of Don Liss, Paul Thornton, Gregg Pauly and a few other members) which is brought to the Annual Garage Sale the second Week-end of September.  The Knights also participate in city functions, , Sherwood Robinhood Festival the third week of July, the Cruisin' Sherwood Hot Rod Show which draws upwards of 800 cars.

Annual activities include: Knights Widows Dinner in February, The Youth Basketball Free Throw Contest and a series of parish Religious Appreciation Dinners.
