Remembering to honor the Sabbath is not a chore, but rather a gift from God. When we Sabbath, we REST from our labors so we can better CELEBRATE what God has done for us. We take time each Sunday to reconnect with God and each other (most especially by renewing our covenant with God in Mass). In times like this, where we cannot celebrate the Eucharist in person, we can pray in other ways to keep the Lord's Day.

REST:
Take time to rest from our labors. Play some board games or some four-square, go on a walk, take a nap, go through a photo album, or cook grandma's cookie recipe. Disconnect from screens and engage with your spouse and children.
